This place has been absolutely amazing. My lab had bilateral TPLO surgery about three weeks ago. They communicated with me via text during his entire overnight stay. I have called repeatedly with concerned dog parent questions and they have been so so great! Prompt advice, and medication refills as needed. So happy they are invested in my big guys care as much as we are! Would recommend 1000 percent over again!

My dog needed a complex surgery and the team and Dr. Preston did an amazing job. The recovery was straight forward and we had no complications and I even received a few phone calls to check in on my pup. Thank you Orca! 🐾

I love everything about this place! They went above and beyond not only looking after my dog Chloe, but also were amazing with us! Very friendly staff, they explained all aspects of her surgery and after care. They made the horrible experience of surgery on a broken foot not only bearable but they really made us feel comfortable and confident Chloe was in the right place! Thank you Dr. Tim and all staff so much!!!

Super grateful to Dr. Preston and the whole team at ORCA. Brought my dog in for a persistent limp in his front right leg. I really appreciated the time Dr. Preston spent explaining what was going on with my dog, providing recommendations, and answering my questions. Everyone I dealt with was friendly, kind, reassuring, and professional. The non-surgical treatment plan worked, the limp is gone, and my dog is back to his normal activity level. I hope that we don't have to visit ORCA again, but if another issue pops up and we have to bring him in, I'll be reassured knowing he's in excellent hands.
