The receptionist booked an appointment for me for today Jan 3 and I showed up and the receptionist said there’s no appointment booked for me. I showed them the text conversation that confirmed today's appointment. The receptionist saw the messages and immediately blamed the mistake on another colleague instead of trying to fix the issue for me. She said there was nothing she could do and simply told me to reschedule. No effort was made to accommodate me or take responsibility for the error. What a waste of time. Very disappointed.

From feeling nervous going to dentist appointments in the past, to feeling comfortable everytime walking into ORA Dental Clinic, being greeted with a welcoming smile from Key, the friendly receptionist. Dr. Raymond Tang and Shireen are very professional, quick and efficient. They explain everything along the way and made sure I'm comfortable throughout the process. I highly recommend ORA Dental to everyone that wants to have their teeth taken care of professionally by a team filled with passion in everything they do!

Amazing Experience! Highly Recommend! I recently visited this Dr. Tang for the first time to get a filling and cleanning . Front desk receptions are very friendly! All the Dental assistants are incredible encouraging and gentle! Dr. Tang was incredibly skilled and made sure I felt comfortable throughout the entire process. The procedure was quick and painless—I didn’t feel any discomfort at all! Thank you all for such a wonderful and stress free experience!

Had some discomfort with a previous filling done by another clinic in Toronto and my family dentist was away. Needed to get it checked out and found the clinic through google. Dr. Tang, Lexys and the reception staff were extremely helpful in answering my questions and concerns. High level of empathy, patience and bedside manners. Ended up just getting some scaling done and felt it was done extremely thoroughly and given exceptional care. Would recommend ORA to anyone looking for a reasonably priced, customer oriented dentist in the Richmond center area Bonus: they have Lego roses in the office!! 🌹
