I went to see Dr Jessie and it was an amazing experience. She took the time to thoroughly go through my history before making a treatment plan for some pain I was experiencing. We did some basic adjustments and I am looking forward to going back to her to continue. I felt like she listened to my concerns and gave me quality suggestions. The front desk ladies were also very welcoming when I first showed up! All around great experience

Sam is the best Physiotherapist I’ve seen so far. His knowledge, hands-on approach, and results truly stand out. Appointments can be a bit hard to get because he’s in high demand, but it’s absolutely worth the wait. Hope he will work more days at Optimum. Highly recommend!

Laureen was very attentive and thorough. She listened carefully as I explained my injuries and addressed each area individually. She provided a deep muscle massage without hurting me. It helped significantly and I look forward to booking another appointment with her in the near future.

I had a pretty big fall snowboarding and had a lot of tighness and pain in my back and neck. I was lucky enough to get a next day appointment with Juliane Bloye and she was able to release a lot of tightness in my neck and back! I feel way better! She also had an awesome playlist. Thanks!
