We had a great experience with Optimum Electric. Perry was fantastic from the first point of contact through to finishing the job — friendly, professional, and clearly knows his stuff. Communication was spot on, he explained everything clearly, and the work was carried out to a really high standard. He turned up on time, worked efficiently, and left everything neat and tidy. It’s refreshing to deal with a tradesperson who’s reliable and takes pride in doing things properly. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Optimum Electric and Perry to anyone needing electrical work done.

We spoke to a number of companies about fitting solar panels to our property, but Optimum Electrics came out way above the rest. Optimum Electrics were recommended to us by a friend who had just had solar panels and batteries fitted. What an excellent recommendation. A company representative soon visited our property to understand our needs and requirements. He explained our options and discussed inverter and battery alternatives. When compared with other companies we felt that Optimum Electrics provided superior equipment at a competitive price. The team of fitters did a remarkable job from start to finish. They were courteous, professional and respectful. Would highly recommend.

As Optimum Electrics are a preferred installer with our energy provider we asked for a quotation. They were quick to visit our property and give us their recommendation for a solar PV and battery storage system. Their representative was knowledgeable and able to answer all our questions. It took 6 weeks from initial contact to completion. They kept us fully informed throughout, I would highly recommend them.

Martin and Perry were amazing today. They went above and beyond to ensure the lights were all fitted even though things were communicated properly to them prior to arrival. They also ensure everything was tidied up neatly afterwards. They are an asset to the company.
