I can’t say enough good things about Optimize Physiotherapy. My physiotherapist is amazing and the staff are just as great. He really listens to what’s going on, works with you, and doesn’t jump straight into aggressive treatment. If you need to start slow and build up, that’s exactly what they do—and if we push too far, he adjusts and pulls it back. I always feel heard, supported, and in good hands here. Highly recommend.

This is a quite new physiotherapy clinic for us. We are very pleased. Communication is clear, treatment is just right and follow up is very helpful. We have 3 generations of our family coming here now; my elderly Mother, myself and my daughter. We are very pleased about the treatments, the organized and professional clinic and friendly/efficient staff.

I can’t say enough good things about this physiotherapy clinic and especially Steve. He’s incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and takes the time to really understand what’s going on instead of rushing through appointments. I’ve seen noticeable improvements since starting treatment, and I always leave feeling encouraged and supported. Forever Grateful I stumbled across him :) The clinic atmosphere is warm and professional — highly recommend!

Easy to book online, welcoming feeling when you come through the door. Steve was on time, friendly and knowledgeable. Exercises were easy to understand and why. I liked the gym so I was able to use the right equipment and make sure I was doing things correctly. Downloaded physio app which is great.

This facility is my first choice when it comes for physiotherapy needs. Aaron has a thorough knowledge of the body mechanics. I am really impressed with the iPad that has all of the muscular diagrams. It helps to understand the diagnostics of the area that has the issues.
