I wish I could rate them higher, the paint job was superb, no complaints there, front desk staff are friendly and welcoming. Unfortunately there have been issues, and because of their hours I only have one day to give them the car for them to fix the leak in the trunk that occurred after repairs. It's also unfortunate they replaced all four tail lights, and all four have the classic Tesla condensation issue, I didn't have this before the accident, now I have to live with it 😑 It's gone back 2-3 times and the trunk leak is still not fixed, I can't let them have the car longer due to my work (delivery + need the extra space from the box), and quite frankly I'm tired of going back and getting disappointed/frustrated opening my trunk after it's rained and finding water still in there. I don't know what the issue is and why they can't seem to fix it, but I don't have any faith they ever can, nor do I want to keep using my only day off for this. Take all this with a grain of salt because the rest of the repairs/paint were done wonderfully, staff is excellent, I just wish their hours were better so I could leave the car with them for longer and not have it interfere with my work 🫤

After my car was hit, I took it to OpenRoad Richmond Auto Body Coquitlam and I’m very impressed with their service. They finished all the repairs in only one week, and the quality of their work was excellent. My car looks perfect like a new. Friendly, professional, and reliable team. Highly recommended.

Just had my Tesla fixed here! Amazing work done, my car looks great! Service was wonderful. Had my car body fixed 3 other times from hit and runs AT A DIFFERENT AUTOBODY SHOP and the paint job was terrible. They do a great job here! I had no issues with the paint job. Wish I brought it here the other times. Looks like a brand new car!

I had a great experience with Open Road Richmond Autobody ! I got into a rear end accident and am very happy with this shop! Their customer service was truly top-notch from start to finish. Although the initial repair had some issues, mostly overspray, they handled everything professionally and without hesitation. They quickly fixed the problem, polished the car, and even provided a courtesy vehicle at no extra charge. It’s rare to find a shop that stands behind their work like this. Highly recommend them for their commitment to customer satisfaction! No wonder they have so many locations serving the lower mainland!

I had my BMW repaired by OpenRoad Richmond body shop. I am very impressed with the work done, as I was very concerned about the color matching of my vehicle. They hit the color match perfectly. Only one issue I had which I raised and am waiting for feedback on it, but over all a very good experience. I would refer anyone to OpenRoad Richmond body shop. Their work really is TOP SHELF
