Open Barre is amazing….best Barre studio on the North Shore. I cannot say enough about how positive, inclusive and fun the teachers are. There is truly something for everyone here. You can modify moves at any time. And the community Angela has created feels like family. I have taken classes from all the instructors and they’re all fantastic. I have gained strength and confidence and feel very healthy having incorporated this into a regular routine.
