Cynthia at Opal Physiotherapy is my “go to” person when pain is preventing me from being active. Over the years she has helped me resolve shoulder and hip pain as well as plantar fasciitis. Her hands on work really helps. The video exercise plans she sends make it easy to follow the rehab process she recommends. Julianna is so lovely, kind and professional. All in all a great experience.

One of the very best physio experiences I have ever had. Cynthia is incredibly knowledgable and good at her job. I have benefitted greatly from the techniques she uses, especially her "hands-on" massaging/stretching approach. Everyone at Opal is friendly and accommodating. I enjoy going there, it is simply the best clinic there is!
