Very nice nail salon with kind staff. I got bio gel in a light pink shade, the design is cute and natural. Initially, the service felt a bit rushed and some details in the structure and finish could have been more refined. However, when I came back, the technician took the time to fix and improve the nails, which I really appreciated. There’s definitely room for improvement in attention to detail, but I appreciated the professionalism and willingness to correct the work.

This nail salon is by far the best!⭐️The workers are very nice and social. They take great care of you💯 The place is very clean and very classy. My pedicure was and still is fantastic, I recommend ONGLES GLAMOUR to everyone!🪷💮

I came in for a promotion that was advertised as $60 for a regular manicure and pedicure, but was surprised when the total came out to $80.50 with tax — with no clear explanation of the price increase. The service itself was extremely rushed and careless. It didn’t feel like a manicure and pedicure — it felt like they were just trying to get it over with. There was no attention to detail. My fingernails were left uneven and unshaped, with one hand oval-shaped and the other square-shaped. My toenails were even worse — crooked, poorly trimmed, and not cleaned or shaped properly at all, as you can see from the pictures I took after. To make matters worse, the technician cut my finger badly, and it bled nonstop through 4 or 5 napkins. She had to apply Polysporin. This could have been avoided had she taken her time, but the speed and carelessness of the service caused injury — and still, no apology or compensation was offered unless I asked. Eventually, they gave me $5 cash back, but looking back, that was far from sufficient for what I went through. Afterwards she didn’t even finish the service with me properly. Before applying the final coat, she had me move to another table while she started work on a new client. I was left sitting there awkwardly, waiting, as if my appointment was already over. She came back briefly to apply the final coat — It felt dismissive and impersonal, as if my appointment was being pushed aside to squeeze in more clients. That moment really reinforced how hurried and transactional the whole experience was — not at all the care or attention you expect when paying for a service. I left feeling frustrated, disappointed, and honestly upset that I paid full price for what was by far the worst nail experience I’ve ever had.
