i have been a patient since 1989 and have never had a bad experience. the front desk staff are friendly efficient and knowledgeable. i always get a predetermined estimate before any work is done. My hygienist today was Pam. Pam was gentle but thoroughand explained what she was doing. i have her listed on my file as a preferred hygienist. All 3 Dentists are highly professional. i have no problems seeing any of them. i highly recommend Ontrack Dental

I have always been someone who has had anxiety about the dentist and I also have very hypersensitive teeth. This office makes me so comfortable as soon as I walk in. They are so friendly and helpful. They take extra time to freeze my mouth every cleaning and PAM the dental hygienist gos the extra mile to make sure you are comfortable and always offers me extra support for my neck. She is so gentle and very efficient. I no longer dread the dentist. I would highly recommend On Track Dental to anyone.

After an exhausting search with several different dental centres that did not go well, I am grateful to have found On Track. After experiences where I was not given honest advice or was sold treatments I didn’t need, it was a relief to find a group where I truly feel my best interest is being honoured and there is time for all my questions. I broke a front tooth last evening. Called the office right away, and they got me in today at noon. How great is that! And at Christmas time , too! Can you imagine having to go through. Christmas with your front tooth missing. ( crown, actually) All the Christmas pictures! Arghhh! I think the new dentist is on top of everything. was totally under control. That is a very well run office.

Dr. Darren has been my dentist for many years. He is calm, gentle and fantastic to deal with as I am a very nervous patient. He really listens when I tell him what I'm feeling in my mouth. I travel an hour to see him cause we have built trust over the years!
