Overall, I’d rate this clinic about 4.5/5 stars. I’m very happy with the care Honey received. The location is convenient, the pricing is fair, and everyone I met was friendly and welcoming. Dr. Elly was highly professional and did an excellent job with Honey’s surgery. I’m especially grateful to Angela—her kindness and genuine affection for Honey were very touching and made a stressful situation much easier. All of the staff I encountered were warm and helpful. I agreed to have Honey’s nails trimmed during the visit because recently I accidentally cut her quick at home and made her bleed. Otherwise, even with a discount, I wouldn’t have chosen to have it done at the clinic. After we got home, I noticed a clear blood spot on a front nail, and several small blood spots showing through the bandage on a back paw (the paw that had been wrapped for surgery). Since the back paw was bandaged, I couldn’t see the nails directly, so it’s a concern rather than a certainty—but together it was still distressing. Despite this, I’m very grateful for the clinic’s professionalism and care, and I’d still highly recommend them for anyone looking for a caring and skilled vet.

Pleasant experience! They let you go back to the bigger room where they do blood draws etc, which was helpful with my shy cat. Staff has a really nice friendly vibe. Transparent with pricing too.

I'm really impressed with the staff and care provided at this clinic. They've gone above and beyond in their care in ways that I never thought to ask for, like letters summarizing what we discussed during our visit, follow up texts to check in, and inviting me to be present in the exam room for bloodwork and injections. They even brought out one of their own dogs to demonstrate how to administer medicine to my cat when I came in without him to pick it up. Dr. Elly is patient and answered all my questions with compassion and enthusiasm both times I've come in. I don't feel judged when making decisions about my cat's care, including setting a financial limit on procedures. It truly feels collaborative and like we're working together toward the same goals for my cat's wellbeing. I have yet to come across staff there who aren't genuinely excited to see him and give him pets and cuddles (which he loves), whether it's the front desk staff, vet techs, or Dr. Elly.

So grateful to Dr. Armstrong and the team at Olympic Village Vet for taking such good care of my dog, Sooka. They fit her in right away, gave her a really thorough check, and walked me through what to watch for at home. With their help, I felt confident keeping an eye on her, and she’s already doing so much better. What I really appreciated was not just their skill but how kind and caring they were with both Sooka and me. You can tell they truly love what they do. Highly recommend this clinic!

My cat Pierre is very shy and does not like going to the vet (shocking for a cat, I know). The vet and vet techs here are great with him - they do as much as they can while he's in his carrier where he feels safe and only bring him out when necessary. The vets are caring and take the time to listen and respond to your concerns. I have never felt pressured to agree to extra testing/procedures. Everything is well explained in person and in a follow up email after the appointment, which I really appreciate.
