Logan is incredible. I was lucky enough to be able to talk to him when my furnace stopped working on a Friday night, he took my call, troubleshooted over the phone, told me where to go get the part, took another call after I had the part and stayed with me until it was fix. Brilliant! Couldn't be happier!

THIS IS A BLESSED COMPANY, AND WILL ALWAYS BE RECOMMENDED BY ME! FULL STOP! You are obviously reading google reviews because you are looking for a quality plumbing company. I will start by stating that the NEGATIVE REVIEWS on this google site are not NOT FAIR reviews NOR ARE THEY INDICATIVE of what is ACTUALLY HAPPENS from Oliver plumbing. IF YOU ARE NOT A REASONABLE PERSON, and if you are the type who expects society to cater to you, then you would not match the "99%" of people who took time to leave positive reviews about this company. Reasonable people who understand the VALUE OF A DOLLAR matched against a VALUED EXPERIENCE AND SERVICE. The negative reviews are PETTY and left by either FAKES or by people who think the world stops and caters to them. SHAME ON THOSE PEOPLE! What sets Oliver Plumbing above any other company that I and others have dealt with is the INTEGRITY of ALL of their staff. From Mel the first point of contact when you phone, to all of their plumbers that we have had the opportunity to meet over the years: Rob, Danny, and today October 3, 2025 "Royce" as well "Luke". Royce was more than just a service call, he actually helped me navigate other concerns I was experiencing - it was truly nothing but a DIVINE APPOINTMENT! It was a pleasure to have met him, and yes though all the plumbers dispatched are highly skilled and professional I would recommend that you ask first for Royce and if he is on a different call then any other of his cohorts will be great as well. Luke is also a stellar gentleman and I truly enjoyed conversing with him as did I with Rob and Danny prior! The owner of this company HIRES WELL! It is RARE to see a company have ALL of its staff top notch - therein is the blessing! I recall in the past post of November 15, 2023 I had phoned and spoken to Mr. Phillips. He had such integrity that he told me the truth re trying to problem shoot the matter myself instead of calling them out for something they may not see - as it is an anomaly. Such level of character and integrity is rare in any industry. BUT that IS the level of character and integrity of ALL their staff. One can't place a price on integrity! I STRONGLY recommend this company! It is always my go to, as well word of mouth reference to anyone in the business community, to fellow professionals and to personal contacts - and they experience the same level of high service that I continually write about. IGNORE THE NEGATIVE REVIEWS AS THEY ARE 'NOT' INDICATIVE OF THE SERVICE ACTUALLY RECIEVED - and more likely the negative reviews are FAKES or left by UNREASONABLE people - the type of people you wouldn't want to deal with in your personal life never mind if you had a business!

I had a complicated situation involving a full appliance swap: fridge, stove, dishwasher, washer/dryer. Oliver Plumbing showed up ready for anything. The team was punctual, professional, and incredibly flexible despite the delivery company causing delays and confusion. They stayed calm, worked around the chaos, and completed the faucet, drain, and dishwasher installations with care and precision. Their communication was excellent, and they didn’t rush. They made sure everything was done right. I truly felt supported and in good hands. In a stressful situation, they were the reliable, skilled professionals I needed. Highly recommend Oliver Plumbing and would absolutely use them again!

This company was doing a job at Rowland house apartments in Edmonton ab, as they where working; two young rookies managed to damage and put a hole in my wall plus they flooded my suite. No work was being done in my suite! I highly recommend using a company with more skilled employees. I patched the hole with toilet paper, and clear tape as a temporary fix , use another company my Edmontonians

Dedicated to solutions that perminatly solve problems instead of repeated service calls. From your home to your commercial buding they can salve a of your plumbing and heating needs.
