Olde Timey Plumbing came from a strong recommendation by a close friend who consistently uses their services in home renovations and repairs. The company’s communication through email and text is timely and effective. Matt, the owner, is professional and delivers exactly what he promises. Despite dental emergencies, Matt made impressive efforts to accommodate our timelines which we greatly appreciated. Matt and his employees are super friendly, respectful of our property and always left the job site tidy and clean. When a previous issue with our fridge complicated work Matt had completed he stopped by after a long day on another job to resolve our problem. Very committed to quality and customer service, a winning combination for Matt’s company and his clients!

Matthew came the next after we contacted him to change a kitchen faucet. It was quick, but there was an issue with the faucet, and we had to get another one. He recommended us a brand and waited for us to go get another one, and he took the time to replace it. He was really kind and professional, I really recommend him! Thank you Matthew!

We would highly recommend this company. Matt came to our rescue when our tap would not shut off. He came after hours so we could at least have water throughout the rest of the house!! He came out and fixed it all up back to perfect working condition with new faucets and shower head. Matt is fair in his rates and is very friendly and a pleasure to work with. Matt was quick to respond and gave me a quote right away. He was professional and able to get the job done when he said he would. I am really happy with the workmanship, everything was cleaned up after too. And was great with my dogs!
