I’ve had a great experience at this gym. The facility is always clean, the equipment is well maintained, and there’s a good variety of machines and workout spaces. The staff are friendly and helpful, which makes the environment feel welcoming and comfortable. It’s a great place whether you’re just starting out or have been training for a while

I’ve been a member of the gym for a while now and I’m extremely impressed with the overall experience. The facility is clean and well-maintained. Ola is super friendly and very knowledgeable, and truly supportive. He always take time to understand individual goals and provide guidance and motivation. I’ve tried a number of gyms, studios and various fitness memberships in my life, mostly without sustained success. This place hits different in all the best ways. It’s not just the space and equipment, it’s the absolutely pure vibes of the community and staff. No matter how motivated I feel before I show up, every time I walk through the doors my fire burns hotter. I would strongly recommend it to anyone regardless of experience or fitness level. Ola and his team will make you feel welcome and help you get where you want to be.

Switched to this gym four months ago and never looked back. Part of the reason I wake up and go to the gym is for the community. When I walked in I automatically felt welcome and comfortable. Everyone is so nice. The owner Ola is always in the gym which makes it feels like he actually cares about the gym and his care reflects in the cleanliness and quality of the gym. In addition, he will also always hold you accountable to your goals, which makes it feel like someone actually cares about you every-time you walk in. The other staff is also very caring and easy to talk to! Overall I would never choose another gym
