Amazing dental office. Dr. Stairs has done great on all my fillings and cosmetic work. Cleanings have been pleasant with gentle care. The front receptionists are always kind and friendly.

Our family has seen Dr Gallup and the staff at Okotoks Family Dental since we moved to Okotoks area 10 years ago. Dr Gallup has always been knowledgeable and reasonable with recommendations on dental care and costs. The team has been amazing in dealing with both of my children through all of their dental experiences, demonstrating patience and care particularly for my daughter with special needs. We are so grateful to have selected Okotoks Family Dental as our dental home! I enthusiastically recommend their services!

*A MUST READ BEFORE CHOOSING A FAMILY DENTIST!!!* I began seeing Okotoks Family Dental in 2009, as an Okotoks resident. Since that time I have relocated to greater Vancouver area and started a family, a business, found a new barber, family doctor etc. However I have not found a dental office to replace Okotoks Family Dental. I choose to fly back to Okotoks for all of my dental needs, with a dental office that is welcoming, trustworthy, and care for my dental care as much as I do. In my most recent visit, I brought my 3 year old son for his first check up and cleaning. 3 year old boys are… well, 3 year old boys. I usually need a straitjacket to get his hair cut, little owned a dental cleaning. But the staff made him so comfortable and excited that he sat perfectly still the whole time and was even enthusiastic about the positive feedback. On top of that, I had my own cleaning, and discussed my night grinding which could be resolved with being molded for a night guard during that time. Having already squeezed my son and I in for our appointments last minute, having these impressions done was not feasible with out delaying other patients appointments, and I was fully prepared to return from Vancouver in a later date to have these done. However, the staff told me to return after hours, despite it being a Friday, and all stayed late to get this done for me. I don’t even know if my own mother would do that for me! Needless to say, above and beyond is an understatement. Okotoks Family Dental is the only dental office my family will be visiting, despite where we live.

I’ve been a loyal patient of Okotoks Family Dental for over 20 years, and I can honestly say that their level of professionalism and care is unmatched. The office is always impeccably clean, creating a welcoming and comfortable environment for every visit. I am currently petitioning for massage chairs for the lobby! I especially appreciate the convenience of direct billing, which makes the whole process much smoother. The reception staff, Gwen and Martina, are absolutely amazing. Every time I catch up with them, it feels more like seeing old friends than just a quick hello. They make you feel so at home, and it’s always a highlight of my visit. Even though I only come once a year, I truly feel like part of the Okotoks Family Dental family whenever I’m there. I couldn’t recommend them more!

My experience with Okotoks Family Dental was by far the best dentist experience I have ever had! Booking my appointment was seamless, and the receptionist staff were extremely friendly and helpful. From the minute I walked in to the clinic, I felt welcomed. Dr. Stairs’ exam was very thorough and he explained everything as he went, making sure I understood. He is very knowledgeable, gentle, and kind, and put me at ease through the entire exam. My experience with my hygienist was also one of the best I have ever had. She was gentle, and extremely thorough. She answered all of my questions and put all my anxiety at ease. The reception staff were incredibly kind and welcoming, truly making you feel like part of the clinic family. The clinic is in a great location, and absolutely worth the short drive if you aren’t from the Okotoks area. It is clean, and equipped with the best equipment and technology to make sure you leave your visit satisfied. Truly a 10/10 experience, I am already looking forward to my next visit with Dr. Stairs and his amazing team!
