I had such a wonderful experience at Okotoks Dental that I felt compelled to share a review. I came in as a brand new patient at 39 weeks pregnant, and the front desk staff were incredibly accommodating in fitting me in. From the moment I arrived, the team was warm, welcoming, and so easy to talk to. The front staff truly made the experience comfortable and pleasant right away. Kelsey was absolutely outstanding. She is incredibly personable, kind, and clearly very skilled at what she does. I really appreciated that she never made me feel pressured about anything and took the time to make the appointment feel relaxed and positive. I actually haven’t even met the dentist yet, but based on the experience I had with the team, I’ve already decided that my husband and my three-year-old will be coming to this clinic as well. Even the woman who helped me at checkout was wonderful. Every interaction I had at this office was positive. It’s rare to find a clinic where the entire team is so friendly, genuine, and professional. Such a lovely place — highly recommend!

The hygienist was friendly and very proficient, taking her time to make sure it was complete before moving on. I appreciated that very much. The Dentist who gave me a final assessment before leaving, was also professional, pleasant, and proficient. Overall, a great experience.

The care I received was exceptional - the hygienist explained everything to me and took time to answer my questions. Dr. Justin was thorough and very professional. I have never had such a positive experience in any other dental office! I highly recommend Okotoks Dental. 😀

I had a wonderful first experience at this dental clinic. The office is beautiful and very clean. My hygienist Jenna did a wonderful job cleaning my teeth. All staff were very friendly and welcoming especially Dr. Justin. He explained procedures well and had great recommendations for me.

We love this dental office. The staff are all amazing. My daughter had her first filling yesterday. She was naturally nervous. Dr. Shayla Porter and her assistant Lindsay went above and beyond to make her comfortable through the whole experience. Maureen at the front desk is extremely thoughtful and helpful when it comes to planning appointments around busy school and work schedules. Thank you Okotoks Dental Team for always making it a positive experience.
