Hands down the worst mechanic shop I've ever brought my vehicle to. My car broke down and I towed it to Okeefes and Tom had me wait over a week and before even having a look at it was telling me I'd need the transmission replaced and would be better off scrapping the whole car. Took it to Tennysons and they had it looked at the same day, found out it was a broken axle and had it repaired for me by the next day - it is now working perfectly fine. I am now convinced that Tom is incredibly unprofessional and is really looking to make as much money as he possibly can from whoever brings their vehicle in. Do yourself a massive favour, dont waste your money or time with this shop and either go to Tennysons or some other repair shop in Victoria. I was really disappointed because I was trying to support what seemed to be a local family run shop that was close to the place I was staying. Turned out to really bite me in the behind and costed me a lot of money that didnt provide any useful results. Just horrible service and ethics Edit: even after a month of trying to figure out what to say, you're a complete and utter liar Tom. Although, you may have not done an "official assessment" you did take an initial look at it, by trying to start it and going off of your "expertise" and immediately tried to have me scrap the car and find me "a good deal" for it. If anyone is reading this, save yourself the time and trouble and go anywhere else. Chances are, you wont be paying much more than what Okeeffe's charges and you can rest assured the quality of service will be better anywhere else. This man has no integrity or dignity, just a complete lack of ethics and it shows after his long awaited reply. Shameful

I have been bringing my car to O’Keeffe’s for the last 8 years. Alyssa at the front desk and Tom the mechanic have always been beyond exceptional. They are professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely care for their customers. There have been many times when I’ve had a mechanical emergency and they always found time for me and my car. Truly would trust these guys every time.

I had one of our best experiences with this automotive repair shop. From the first contact on the phone with Alyssa to meeting her and graham in person. They were honest, incredibly helpful and professional. I can’t say enough about them. I would feel confident recommending this shop to anyone who wants a professional, knowledgeable and honest place to bring their vehicle. Amazing. Thank you.

Hands down best auto service in the game! They helped me pass my BC inspection and ordered me new tires with a very transparent attitude on cost for both parts and labour. I recently had an issue with my car and called in, they remembered me, were so helpful and squeezed me in immediately. Honestly, I would just hang out here if that wasn’t a weird thing to do. Really amazing service!

I had my 2014 Harley brought in for a full service & tune up as it had been sitting for longer than I'd like to admit. I was kept in the loop about service being done, and had a general idea of what to expect cost wise. As with most vehicles that aren't under warranty, I'll never take my bike to the dealership. I'm happy I've found a great bike mechanic who I trust with my baby. Would absolutely recommend Tom and his crew for motorcycle repair & maintenance! Thanks again guys, xo
