I had a last minute rush job that required a solution for fixing a panic bar that wasn't functioning properly. When I called in to request a technician, the office staff was very friendly and was able to send someone out quite quickly. A special thank you to the technician Liam, he was prompt, knowledgeable, and was happy to explain how he was fixing the door. A huge thank you to lockmasters for saving the day and allowing me to finish the job. The client was very grateful as you guys ensured the wedding that was booked at the venue in two days was able to go ahead without issues. I would happily call Lockmasters the next time I have a door issue I can't solve myself.

Very good. The guy was fast in fixing the problem, making two new keys. And he was nice in making one key without chip by using the chip in one of the old keys. This happened before our trip to Vancouver, saved a tremendous trouble if this had happened on highway.
