Very poor. Oil can Charlie’s cross threaded my drain plug. I provided pictures of the plug, odometer reading and there oil filter still being on the truck. After doing so the owner didn’t want to accept any responsibility and told me with the mileage on the truck it should have been replaced a long time ago. Which led him to admitting gilt that they installed a “bad” drain plug and not bringing it to my attention. After discussing the matter of only having to pay for a 120$ oil pan the owner threatened to take it out of his minimum wage employees tip money which did not sit right with me. I ended up fronting the bill and moving on with my day. Update* As you can see by the owners response you can see Cross Thread Charlie’s willingness to work with customers / service. Thanks owner for confirming with the public. Keep up the good work.

Customer service , very persistent , very pushy to upsell you everything you don’t need , paid 130$ an not one of my fluids were topped up ! My tire pressure was all different a Yes I asked them to check an make the pressure all same :( the water they offered was warm . First an last time going there , sadly wouldn’t recommend it . Hence the 1 star review .
