I visited the salon yesterday to get my gel nails removed. A young woman assisted me, but I was honestly shocked during the service. The nail file she used was extremely dirty, and I couldn’t believe my eyes. After the removal, I looked at my nails and it was truly awful. My nails were not smooth—they were uneven and bumpy, and the drill marks were clearly visible. Since my nails were already weakened from having gel nails, it was also quite painful when she filed them down instead of trimming them with nail clippers first. I really wish the removal had been done with more care. She definitely needs more proper training in nail removal, and the salon should also pay much closer attention to hygiene.

I have been to this place before to get a gel manicure, and the results were pretty good albeit pricey (hence 2 stars rather than 1). But I would avoid going to them for gel manicure removals, even if you plan on getting a fresh one afterwards. They filed off all of the previous gel polish right down to my actual nails. In my photo where I showed my damaged nail’s side profile, you will see grooves where my natural nails are growing back and where they were over filed. Having been to other places for gel removals, my understanding is that it starts with filing off the top coat, but then a solution (probably acetone) is used to take the rest of the layers off gently. That was not the treatment I received and all they used were electric and manual nail files… my nails are now paper thin and have uneven planes like a raw peeled potato. It cost $25, but for how long it will take my nails to heal after the damage caused by the nail techs at this clinic, I would rather pay more elsewhere to come home with healthy, natural nails.

I absolutely loved my experience here! My friend and I got our nails done together, and all the technicians were super detailed and gave us one-on-one service. There were so many sample tips to choose from, which made it easy to find the perfect design. I’ll definitely be coming back❤️

Was very excited to try this small business but wouldn't recommend returning. The nails came out pretty but they didn't have a lot of colour selection to match the photo I showed, despite having it on their nail swatches I was also surprised how expensive it was as I think I could have paid $70 for the same design but was charged $95 (no nail extensions) I've also never experienced this before but after 1.5weeks the nail polish already started chipping (my nail itself didn't crack)
