As I drove into Vernon the brakes on my truck quit working. I phoned around and OBC said we cannot leave you without helping. I managed to limp to their shop. They found the issue and ordered the parts. Then they said after work to fix the issue. I showed up in the morning and was able to continue my travels. I wish there was a shop like this in every town.

Excellent service and very knowledgeable and friendly staff. I was travelling in the Okanogan area with my GMC Sierra, when I lost the vacuum boost for my power brakes. I called OBC in the morning and although they were booked solid that day, Simran told me that he’d do all he’d could to squeeze me in. He was very accommodating and said that if he couldn’t squeeze me in he’d work past closing to accommodate me. Within 3 hours I was contracted to advise that the job was done - the vacuum booster pump was replaced and I was in the road again with perfectly function brakes. Thank you to OBC for going out of their way to help me out!! I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend OBC for any automotive repairs in the Vernon area.

My car had misfires in multiple cylinders, as I am from out of town I didn't have a clue where to take it. A strange recommended this shop, called them, was told to bring it in. They would look at it, they called this am explained what was wrong, fixed it right away. Great rates, very polite staff. He even suggested what I would need to replace when I got back to my home town. Highly recommend this shop! Thank you so much, for your wonderful fast service!

My car was misfiring so I took the car to OBC automotive. They ran a free diagnostic on the car without a prior appointment. Very accommodating and helpful team. They booked me in for the next day and got the job done at a great rate!

I got my car brakes replaced. They were very fast and good priced. The crew was very friendly. Moreover they offered me a courtesy car for the time being.
