Recently started using Oasis as my dentist after moving here from Toronto 2 years ago. I was seriously overdue for check-up and dental work (including an extraction). Dr Chong is very talented, communicates well, and is supported by a team of similar people. The reception team is very friendly and very helpful, and it's made getting back to the dentist after 10 years (yes, I know) a good experience. Highly recommended. Very clean, very professional, very comfortable office and dental suites. HIGHLY recommended!!

Kelly is my Hygienist and Dr Lee is my Dentist at Oasis, for quite a few years now. Well my kids were little when we started going there and they are 17 and almost 20, so...a bit. Kelly is simply...a beautiful human being. Aside from here skills, gentleness and professionalism, she is so kind. He kindness before was wonderful and we would always chat, but after I lost my husband, her empathy was so natural and honest. She had some flowers sent to me. But more than that, we talk and connect and I think in another life, we would have been great friends. I wish her job didn't involve having her hands in my mouth, as I just want to chat with her! Dr Lee is simply lovely. Always so very kind and friendly. I want to please them and have good teeth and receive the glowing reports they give me, so its an extra motivator to take good care of my teeth. When I started going there. I'd not been to a dentist for 5 years, had some pretty lax dental habits. And it took them several appointments to salvage my teeth and gums. I've never stopped following thier advice and now I'm thier star patient. (I know they must say that to all the patients...) I trust them and they do an amazing job. So glad they are my dental team. The staff at the front are always so kind and helpful as well. Kelly is more than a hygienist. She is a friend, and a lovely human. Thanks for your kindness, Kelly. And I will get that book published...I promise!

Arian was absolutely wonderful—very gentle, patient, and accommodating throughout the entire visit. My teeth felt incredibly clean afterward, probably the best they’ve felt in a long time. The front desk staff were also extremely kind and welcoming. They graciously let me stay inside while I waited for my ride since it was cold outside, which I really appreciated. Overall, it was a great experience from start to finish.

I can’t say enough good things about Oasis Family Dental Centre. I went in with extreme tooth pain, and they were able to see me the very next day to start a root canal. From the moment I walked in, everyone was over-the-top kind. The staff were incredibly friendly—not just to patients, but to each other—which really says a lot about the environment. I had to spend about 2.5 hours with my mouth open for a pulpectomy, which is never fun, but they honestly made the experience as comfortable and positive as it possibly could have been. They were attentive, reassuring, and checked in on me throughout the entire procedure. What truly stood out was that the dentist personally called me the following day to make sure I was doing okay. That level of care felt above and beyond anything I’ve experienced before. I’m new to Leduc, and I’m so grateful I found this clinic. Highly recommend.

I am a patient that needs more freezing than a typical dose, about 3 times more. I have had terrible experiences in the past at other dental offices. At Oasis Family Dental Centre the staff ensured I was frozen before starting their work of replacing a filling. Their patience was above and beyond. The freezing process took about 1 hour and the actual work took about 20 mins. The entire time the staff was gentle, patient and very caring. They made me feel safe and relaxed. I am so grateful to have found such a wonderful dental clinic.
