I’ve been taking my cat Mocha to Oak Bay Pet Clinic ever since I adopted him, and I honestly couldn’t be more grateful for the care he’s received. We’ve had to visit several times because Mocha had a few issues and injuries, and every single time the team there has been incredibly patient, kind, and genuinely caring. Anna, the receptionist, is always so nice and helpful. She’s been amazing with advice, follow-ups, and answering all my emails and phone calls. Jasmine has also been such a big help with vet support in the back, and Lucy as well — they’ve all been wonderful every time we visited. Dr. Fujda examined Mocha with so much patience and gentle, precise care. You can tell he truly pays attention and cares about his patients. It made a huge difference for me to see how carefully he handled Mocha, especially during the tougher visits. I’ve had to follow up multiple times regarding Mocha’s condition, and each time I felt completely supported by the whole team. I highly recommend Occupy Pet Clinic. They’ve been a huge comfort to me and an incredible help to Mocha.

A truly wonderful experience! Dr. Dudzic is an exceptional professional. She is so caring, patient with my dog, and always takes time to listen. Her explanations are clear and helpful, and her genuine dedication shines through. I couldn't be happier with the team!

Giving a few stars because I had good experiences with the support staff, but Dr. Dudzic's approach is disconcerting. She feels more like a salesperson than a vet; incredibly pushy. I didn't feel like I was being listened to as she spoke over me and my questions several times, and I felt like I was being shamed for buying pet store products rather than the products from the clinic. She didn't even ask if we wanted to get the products or disclose the price, she straight up said "I'm ordering X for you." What really was the nail in the coffin (that made me switch to another clinic that have a much more understanding and transparent approach) was being sent a four figure quote including procedures that Dr. Dudzic had never even mentioned during the consultation appointment. My husband and I decided to research the unmentioned procedures, only to find they included tests we had already performed and paid for. When we questioned the clinic about this, we were ghosted for almost 2 weeks, so we decided to take our business elsewhere. I'm sure this clinic is good at the medical side of things, but they really need to work on their communication with their human clients.

As a first-time dog owner, I couldn't be happier with my experience! I won't use another vet. The staff is super friendly and incredibly helpful, guiding me on everything I need for my new puppy. They were very reassuring, and my puppy absolutely loved her first visit. Highly recommend!

I took my 9 year old malinois to Oak bay pet clinic today, and I was very impressed with the service. The Dr took extra time to befriend my quirky and reactive dog. My dog has never seen a vet as a friend, but she loved playing with him and tugging with him with her toy. He was able to examine her without assistance. I super appreciate the time he spent with her to make her experience less stressful. The cost was also very low, and I believe my dog received the best care. Thank you!
