I’ve never been to this salon before and man can I ever vouch that they have amazing products and quality of nails! Super friendly, loving caring nail techs that took care of me and my aunt. They are very considerate with what you expect from them with your nails. Very detailed work and service…. They offered a complimentary drink (water/coffee) upon arrival. They took time to prepare and provide the proper service. My nails never looked this good with fast yet amazing nails. I finally found a place that takes the initiative to provide me with exactly what I expect.

My husband and I decided to treat ourselves to a relaxing pedicure and foot massage post Christmas festivities. We had the most wonderful experience and were very happy with the services we received. Things were clean, we were given a lovely coffee, and our technicians were so kind and amazing. Thank you for a very relaxing experience. We are visiting Lethbridge and didn’t know where to go. After reading the positive reviews we decided to give it a try. We will definitely come back next time we are in town.

I did not enjoy my service here unfortunately. It's really frustrating trying to treat yourself and having the final product turn out less than sub par. My nails are lumpy and not shaped correctly even after trying to have her fix them multiple times. During my pedicure my toe was also cut. The service overall was also very uncomfortable as no one spoke unless it was to ask me something about my nails. I have gone to this salon previously and had liked the outcome. Not sure what changed, but I'm not happy especially for the price. To reply to the owner: thanks for your response. I did not change my shape during the session, I wanted the same shape I had prior to the fill. Additionally, no request was made for me to come back and have them fixed. I was told since the service was completed, the staff would speak with owner about a refund.

I love that they have a variety of color changing nail polish options and they’re very talented and I love that they always pay attention to details! Been going to them for years! This time, I had nails that changes from blue to silver on my right hand, and purple to pink on my left. I love that it changes color based on the temperature and it’s so perfect for this summer because it’s so hot outside but when you go indoors (with a/c it’s a lot cooler) so the color change effect is super noticeable. I get compliments on my nails all the time and I always credit O & T Nail Salon! Highly recommend! Their pricing is very fair as well! We drive from Calgary to Lethbridge just to visit O&T nail salon because I trust their expertise the most!
