They don’t even deserve 1 star. Terrible customer service, rude and unprofessional. Don’t take your wedding dress to be dry cleaned unless you like the color brown.. they will tell you that’s the original color of the fabric and try to belittle you into thinking your dress was not white to begin with.

Dropped item off last week went to pu this week and was told machines were broken and it wouldn't be done. She was VERY rude and even more rude when I asked for my item back. Almost a week it was there and not cleaned. Smh will never be back.
