I've been going to Makenna for over 4 years now, and I can't recommend her enough! As someone with a busy schedule, I truly appreciate how well she handles my brunette balayage, it grows out so beautifully that I only need occasional touch-ups. She also helped me go lighter over time without ever damaging my hair, which is no small feat! She always makes my comfort her top priority, listens closely to what I want, and delivers exactly that with incredible attention to detail. I absolutely love her and would recommend her to anyone looking for a skilled, kind, and trustworthy stylist.

This is the first salon where I've felt really comfortable and at ease having my hair done. I love that Makenna has her own space, rather than being in a noisy big salon with rows of chairs. She was super helpful and knowledgeable about wavy/curly hair. Makenna coloured my hair for the first time and did a fantastic job. It felt healthy and grew out beautifully.

Mckenna did an INCREDIBLE job on my hair. I let my natural colour grow out & was feeling happy with the healthiness and shine. I wanted to lighten my hair but was worried about damaging my natural curls. Mckenna gave me the lightness that I wanted & left my hair soft and healthy. I love this hair salon and small business. Makenna is awesome. She is always honest about what results can be achieved or what can suit you. She is understanding of what you want and accommodating with her schedule. She has given my favorite hair colour ever. I have had great experiences and she is the one I always come to. She always makes me feel comfortable and she is able to build a safe environment for everyone.

Makenna is such a fantastic hairdresser! I first sat in her chair in 2021 and it felt like I was talking to a best friend I’ve never met. She truly creates such a safe and fun environment for everyone who comes in for a service. She really listens during consultations and each and every time she exceeds my expectations by a mile. Whether you want a silent session or a chatty session, she is down with whatever makes you most comfortable. I’ve never been the best with coming in regularly so having someone so skilled and experienced in low maintenance hair that will always look good, even months later, is such a huge plus for me. I could never go to anyone else! (Plus her salon dog, Odis, is the sweetest little man)
