I had an overloaded breaker and honestly was clueless about how to proceed, but thankfully Steve was able to quickly and patiently guide me through the steps on how to properly reset it over the phone on Whatsapp. Being a simple fix, he didn't want to charge me $120 for a house call — and I truly appreciate that! Thank you Steve for the advice and guidance! From this short interaction I can tell the NRG team acts with integrity, and I will undoubtedly go to them for any electric related needs in the future.

I had a tricky electrical problem it seems. I needed some Pot Lights installed in the kitchen without destroying the finished ceiling. two other electrical companies said the it could not be done. I called NRG, Carly and George came over took a look, said "yes very tricky, we will be back tomorrow at 8 AM and get it done" which they did. Both times they showed up on time in a happy mood and got the job done. They work well together as a team. George had to leave and Carly got it done, with extra finishing touches that we had not expected, super clean up job as well. I didn't want cheap I wanted value which I sure got. For my family NRG are now the go to people and we have lots of work coming up as we own several older houses.

I feel like these guys are out to lunch! their prices are too high and quality of work is like those of grade 4 children. I was recommended to try these guys and never again
