I have been seeing Adam for RMT for over a year and am so so appreciative to have him as part of my wellness team! Adam has helped me through injuries and has been adaptable with my treatment when needed as I faced injuries and health changes. He has been integral in helping me manage ongoing muscle stiffness related to MS and the various things I put my body through as an ex athlete who still pushes a little too much in workouts. Adam has a great balance of expert technique and knowledge, with some solid dad jokes thrown in for good measure.

Great facility - clean, comfortable, and welcoming. RMT Adam Cowan is exceptional. His background in Kinesiology and work with sport related injuries, has been so helpful in recovery of my muscles and joints. I've recommended multiple people to him and this facility and will continue to do so. I've experienced nothing but top level performance from the staff at Novo Physio and Health in Abbotsford.

Jessica is amazing! She really listens to what you need and customizes the massage to target those areas. I always leave feeling relaxed, refreshed, and with so much less tension. She’s professional, caring, and creates such a comfortable atmosphere. The clinic itself is beautiful with all the windows and natural light, it feels so calming the moment you walk in. Highly recommend Jessica if you’re looking for a great RMT!

Novo Physio and Health is fantastic! I've been getting RMT treatments here with a variety of therapists for a few months now and their care has been nothing but thorough and personalized. Jessica is amazing. She listens to your concerns and is so effective in helping your body. I feel amazing after every appointment. I cannot recommend Novo enough!

If you’re looking for a RMT, I cannot recommend Natasha enough! I’ve been seeing her weekly for just under a year from a different clinic and I now get my massages with her at Novo. She makes you feel so comfortable and relaxed, and is able to deliver the strength and deep pressure I prefer. My glutes, back, and neck have never been happier. The facility is also super new and clean. 10/10 recommend!
