Too many excuses from these guys on our apartment restoration. They did layout on an entire apartment building without centering any of the lights. One example, they gave us the cheapest key fob available, and they turned out to be defective. Their "project manager" kept saying there was nothing wrong with the product. Eventually strata phoned the manufacturer and there was a recall on the fobs and we sorted out the exchange. Terrible layout and the company really wasted our time.

Needed some straight forward repairs to our house gooseneck after a tree fall required bc hydro to disconnect us. Small fee service but super important to us as we were without power. Novawest’s team from dispatcher to manager to accounts prioritized our service so that repairs were complete within 4 hours of my call. Then after BC Hydro somehow decided a permit was needed for the emergency repairs to the gooseneck hardware, our electrician Rios stepped in and went to bat for us and got Hydro out to hook us up, he kept trying to reach hydro after many would’ve packed it in for dinner. Thanks to the whole team, I really appreciated how prompt and professional all were. I’ll be sure to recommend you to anyone who asks for a high-quality electrical work with a capital “S” for Service.

I have had a home reno done by Novawest, they were so professional, confident, knowledgeable on waht they were doing. I have referred them to a few of my colleagues who had a satisfactory results, just like I have. Job well done!!!

What a lovely group. We were re-doing our kitchen and were looking for a reputable company to take care of our electrical. We had three companies/contractors come through, none of whom even took off their shoes before traipsing through our home. We didn't care for these tradespeople (my son is a tradesman and was assisting us in our decisions). Then we received a hot tip, a company called Novawest. They're part of a group of companies that really seem to do everything. Anyhow, they were able to run our electrical in non-ideal circumstances, they problem-solved the way out of each conundrum with ease. These folks are good. If you are requiring tough stuff, these guys know how to get it done. We followed up afterward with their cabinetry division and they took care of the rest. All told, Novawest was the best decision. Couldn't be happier, and my son agrees. Respectful, professional, knowledgeable. Thanks guys
