I went to Nova Physiotherapy with shoulder and arm pain from an injury, and my range of motion was quite limited due to the pain. Seema treated me over two sessions using electrotherapy and other targeted treatments, and she also taught me specific stretching exercises to do at home. The improvement was noticeable very quickly, and the treatment was very effective. I really appreciated how clearly everything was explained and how focused the sessions were. Highly recommend Nova Physiotherapy and Seema.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5/5 I’ve been seeing Seema for the past couple of months, and she does an absolutely amazing job! She really knows how to treat injuries and understands exactly where the problem is in your body. The front desk staff are also so friendly and helpful — they always make it easy to reschedule and work around your appointments. Highly recommend Seema if you’re looking for a knowledgeable and caring physiotherapist who truly helps you feel better.

Raman is a,great physiotherapist, I've been coming to Nova Physiotherapy since September of 2025.. her treatment has made my pain to practically go away. She is very skillful, patient and courteous. The receptions are also great, and I really recommend this place one hundred percent.
