Was in the area and thought i’d try this place out. Man at the front was nice but their hygiene protocols are not great. I got Hannah for gel polish on my hands, and she could care less about my nails. Was rushed and the massage at the end was literally 5 seconds, didn’t even blend the cuticle oil. Her station and utensils were disgusting. They don’t disinfect their tools and use the same filer for all customers. Never going back… there are so many better options for the same price!

I had Bonnie today and she was amazing my nails turned out EXACTLY how I wanted them and the nail quality is great, she payed attention to the little details which I find some places just skim over. It's definitely a little pricey depending on what you get of course but, overall great experience. 9/10 would recommend.

The experience was generally relaxing, nice ambience and massage chair. But I was a bit disappointed with the results. The dead skin removal wasn’t as thorough as I had hoped, and there was a slight chip in the toenail polish shortly after the session. I appreciate the effort, but there’s definitely room for improvement in attention to detail.

The people that work here are very nice and always accommodating. They’ve given about 50% good service though. The last time was probably the worst and I don’t typically go out of my way to leave any negative reviews - but my skin around my nails have been destroyed for over a week and were very sore. I would recommend testing the waters and finding a nail tech here that you like and rebooking with them.

I like this place! First, I would like to say thank you because I didn’t have an appointment and they make a space to remove the gel on my nails. The person who attend me was friendly and did a great job. I was checking the area and looks clean and nice. Price is $ accesible. Congrats!!
