I have been a customer for over 35 years. I find this clinic to provide responsive, thorough and informative vet services. On my last recent visit i appreciated the vet tech and the vet who handled my high anxiety cat with a gentle approach. They provided me with the advice i needed to get my pet back on track...thankyou again.

Friendly service but seems expensive - over $100 for regular antibiotics for dog’s ear infection plus $80 more for two probiotics that they add in. Total bill for two dogs first visit and ear infections and eye drops was @$700. I nearly fainted at the cost.

TL;DR I had a miserable experience Euthanizing my Beloved pet of 16 years. The last pet I had Euthanized at this clinic also produced a miserable experience... I will never recommend this clinic and they have lost my family as clients (>20 Years). If zero stars was an option, I'd have chosen it. == I needed to have my Cat euthanized recently, this was a long known outcome but it still came a bit sooner than expected. I had discussions with my Vet, at a separate appointment approximately 10 days prior, about the potential of needing to split payments for the Euthanasia as it can be expensive. I was told that they should be able to figure it out and that they typically require at least half up front. I ended up **needing** to schedule the appointment two(2) days before my payday, which put my family and I in a bit of a financial pinch. Upon arriving to the appointment at the scheduled time my appointment was not in the computer (leaving staff scrambling) and the "Office Manager" had overruled the discussion I had with the Vet and told me (through proxy) that all monies must be paid before the procedure would take place despite my request to pay half now and the remainder in Two(2) days when I was paid. I would have written a cheque, left a credit card, or even my Debit Visa card... but no option (or reason) was given, just "No" through the lovely Admin Assistant. Given the dire condition my beloved pet was in, I "Robbed Peter to Pay Paul" to make it work. With Euthanasia, one says their goodbyes before their appointment, it becomes an absolute once arriving to the appointment...going home and waiting for two more days isn't really an option at this point and is an unacceptable thing to ask of a client (long-term or otherwise). Unfortunately, this wasn't the first miserable experience I've had with this clinic when it comes to euthanizing a pet. I brought my Dog in several years ago. They didn't book our appointment for this one either, leaving my Wife and I in the clinic, saying the words "Well, we've said our goodbyes, the kids said goodbye, we're here now..." where the clinic scrambled to make it work after finding the paper-trail leading up to the appointment. Fortunately, we were able to pay for the entire appointment during this case so we didn't get the "Office Manager" treatment. I will not go into detail on this, but this event was not lost on me while experiencing the exact thing at the counter for my Cat. To the "Office Manager": 80% of your business comes from 20% of your Clients... and you lost two today, with the added effect of us (pet lovers) never recommending this clinic for services to anybody...ever. I will, in fact, recommend to people to NOT go to this clinic. Thank you for taking a Miserable experience, and making it exponentially worse.. for no other reason than taking half the payment in 2 days from a decades-long standing client whose account has always been in good standing.

Dr. Carla, the techs, the other vets, front desk, and the whole team are nothing less than amazing! They've saved our dogs on many occasions, go above and beyond to make sure we have the best information/options, and treat our dogs (and us!) like we're family. My parents also took their dogs here for about 30 years and have nothing but great things to say. Can't recommend them enough!
