Karissa is a one of a kind human and physiotherapist! She truly cares and the treatment and recommendations she provides are very individualized for your specific needs. Her clinic is very comfortable and relaxed! Can’t recommend her enough and I’m confident her extended team members provide just as amazing care.

I can’t say enough good things about Karissa. She is an exceptional physiotherapist—knowledgeable, attentive, and genuinely invested in her clients’ well-being. From the very first appointment, she took the time to really listen, explain what was going on with my body in a clear way, and create a treatment plan that felt both personalized and achievable. Karissa strikes the perfect balance between professionalism and warmth. Karissa is such a sweet, knowledgeable, kind and incredibly helpful physio!! I’ve gone to Karissa for years with a medical mystery of a hip, throughout the 5 years of not knowing Karissa helped me to find exercises that managed pain and never stopped thinking of what the injury could be, she ended up being right with her first guess 4 1/2 years ago! 1000/10 recommend Northern Motive Physio!

Top tier practice with an intense 1 on 1 focus that delivers a level of care traditional physio clinics can’t match. Karissa is phenomenal, with a drive to help her patients I’ve rarely seen matched. The downside is she’s now difficult to get in to see because she’s so in demand. Sophie is an exceptional addition to the clinic. I’m always a bit hesitant to see a new therapist but Sophie blew me away with her professionalism, knowledge, and approach to physiotherapy. Immediate improvement to my injury and she gave fantastic advice and exercises for moving forward. Highly recommend. Feel very lucky to have Northern Motive here in PG.
