After my sports injury, I called the clinic and appointment was set up with Robert he was professional and good at what he does. He did dry-needling and stretches, and I felt better after just one session! With follow-up care and more sessions, my lingering pain improved. I'd definitely return if needed!

Went for RAPID Neurofascial Reset. They were really nice and professional but I cant say the treatment was effective for more than 30 minutes. I now feel the same as I did when I woke up. If there's any improvement later I'll update but as of now, RAPID is a no go.

Totally disappointed! Booked for a massage, got the confirmation and was there 10 minutes before, waited 20 minutes and then they recieved a call and just informed me that the massage therapist can't come !!? So unprofessional and disrespectful! I understand that cancellations can happen but not 10 minutes after the appointment time. I wonder what would have happened if it was the opposite ? They offrered to reschedule ... No thanks, I am in pain now and needed that massage today... I am not coming back. First and last time dealing with them. Definetly don't recommend.

Graham Matheos is the first person in 3 years since my initial injury that has actually treated me like a human being, he took the time, he was knowledgeable and attentive, not once did he recommend something that I didn’t need and in fact he actually talked me out of getting something that would of cost me $500. For the first time in 3 years I actually have Hope that I’ll be able to not live in constant pain. I highly recommend Graham Matheos for any of your physio needs!!! From the bottom of my heart THANK YOU Graham Matheos!!

I saw Robert for about 2 and a half months when my knee started giving me problems during marathon training. He was extremely knowledgable, professional, and invested in my recovery. Through a combination of treatment and exercises, my knee pain is now gone and another issue that I had thought was unsolvable has been addressed too. Really grateful and so happy to have had Robert as a physiotherapist!
