I am not typically one to write reviews, but there's no way I could not leave one about this shop! I cannot say enough good things. I had a leak in my sunroof and was honestly expecting a stressful and expensive experience. But it was the complete opposite. They took my car on the spot, lent me a vehicle while mine was being repaired, completely dried out my carpets, fixed the leak properly, and even washed my car before returning it to me. Who does that anymore?! The customer service was beyond amazing, kind, professional, and genuinely caring. This was hands down the best experience I’ve ever had at a mechanic. I’m so grateful and will absolutely be back. Highly, highly recommend!

Excellent communication and always quick to respond. I sent an email about a noise I was hearing from car to see if I could pop by on my way home from an appt. I was currently at, and if not could we book something - Tyler responded promptly and said to pop in and they'd have a look and make sure it was at least safe to drive. They found the issue right then and assured me it was not unsafe to drive, booked me in for an appointment and my anxiety was put to rest. These guys truly care about their customers and it really shows.

Want to leave a positive review because they so deserve it. I've brought my car in multiple times for different reasons, and these guys are honest, upfront and accommodating. Worked with me within my circumstances every step of the way, and even recommended me a more affordable option to have a repair done at another shop, saving me money. A lot of businesses would not operate with that much care for their customers! Definitely earned my appreciation, as well as future business from me. Thank you : )

Back again today, have been there a few times. Very accommodating today when I have a surprise issue. At our past visits we’ve always been impressed by the thorough checks and clear explanations. Especially appreciate that they say what needs to be done and how urgent it is, if it can wait etc. all this helps keeps costs down and fair. Highly recommend, and I brought my Toyota there even though it’s right beside the dealer 😂 Love supporting a small business too. 👍

Needed a winter tire swap done in a hurry, Tyler had me booked in the very next day. All the technicians were pleasant and polite. Work was done on a timely fashion as promised and I felt very well looked after. I would highly recommend this place, fabulous experience
