Please check before booking here. I was charged over and above for the 100% dental plan coverage I have. An extra $30 for the exam and almost $100 on top of what the government pays for the cleaning. She did not finish, as she spent so much time stopping and talking and then wanting me to respond while shes working in my mouth and not all dental related. She didn't finish and then said I would need an extra 4-8 units of scaling and they could book me in 2 months to finish it! Ridiculous... It's only been a year and a bit since my last cleaning. I called 3 other dentists and not one of them charges anything extra over and above what CDP pays. I went elsewhere in Spruce Grove the next week and got it finished with no issues.

Today was our first visit to North Stony Dental and my family left absolutely blown away by the care and attention given...from reception through to our wonderful hygienist Hannah and our check in with the dentist all was flawless and superb...my daughter has extreme anxiety and sensory issues surrounding dentists and they all went above and beyond to work with her, explaining everything and taking a moment when needed. Hands down best experience we've ever had!!

Absolutely top notch professionalism throughout. Dentists and hygienists - kind, skilled, patient, and speak to us as equals. Assistants are wonderful and attentive to needs (fears and questions too). Front staff, especially the office manager - absolute superstars. The patience and effort they’ve shown for my scattered little family has been a true godsend. We moved to Edmonton years ago, we will go to no other dental clinic.

Update: This place without question has the best staff and uses the latest technology. This should be your dentist of choice. If you don’t like going to the dentist, this is the dentist you should be going to. Patient needs and concerns always comes first. They do excellent work! They’ve got TV screens, and massage chairs to make you feel comfortable while you are there for your appointment. They direct bill, and new clients get a teeth whitener package or electric tooth brush for free after having their first cleaning. I’m glad I found them, and they’ve made a difference for the better for me, as well as taken the stress out of going to the dentist.

Very professional, efficient and caring staff! I came to them with an emergency and they took me in quickly and were very welcoming ! Dr. Winand is thorough, caring and very professional! He took the time to explain all options possible in terms easy to understand, had my best interest in mind and took all the necessary steps to ensure I receive proper care timely! I am a new client and there to stay! I was also amazed with the way they handled other younger clients that are not comfortable at the dentist! I went to many clinics in my lifetime and this is one I definitely recommend!
