This is a great mechanic shop, they managed to get my Ford F150 seen very quickly even tho the shop was quite busy. Price was very fair and the communication was very good and super transparent on what they were doing and what everything would cost before they did anything. I would recommend north shore auto to anyone and will take all my vehicles here from now.

My partner’s KIA was having an issue with one of the wheels it felt like it was bouncing or about to fall off. We made an appointment and brought it in, and within 15 minutes of dropping the vehicle off they had identified the problem, a seized caliper that required a caliper and brake disc/pad replacement. They quickly provided an estimate for the repair. I expected it to take a day or two and assumed we’d be leaving the car there, but I was pleasantly surprised when it was ready the very same afternoon. I was beyond impressed with their honesty, efficiency, and experience. Cheaper and better than any other shop I’ve been to. 10/10 would recommend!

I walked in, described the problem with my car. Office staff was knowledgeable, provided an immediate estimate of costs of repair involved. Got an appointment quickly. Car was ready for pickup 3.5 hours later. Quick service and the costs were exactly as per estimate. I am very happy with their service and will recommend them to anyone who needs to find a reliable body shop. The family business is well run, both administration and car service. Great family run business.. very kind and also always really informative when it comes to helping me with my motor vehicle. They always keep me up to date via text and let me know pricing before hand. They have done a good job with my car thus far, I’ve had no issues. I trust them with keeping my vehicle in good safe driving condition.
