Rob Ellis installed our heat pump 3 years ago. It took him coming numerous times to get things to work correctly. After numerous phone calls from us and some angry words - we finally had a satisfactory outcome. Now 3 yrs later - a major leak developed at a connection which makes it NOT warranted by manufacturer. This leaves us with a huge bill and several days without heat. AND none of our messages have been returned, to have this mitigated! Beware of “expertise” and “customer service” from this company!

Rob has helped my family twice with sterling, top notch, prompt and courteous service. Notably, most recently when my 80+ mom's furnace went out on Good Friday. She forgot to leave her phone number. He showed up at her house, found her chilled and repaired the issue on the spot without charge 🥹 as well as scheduling a proper maintenance for her to avoid the same issue recurring. We lost my dad last year so I'm very thankful he has our mom's back, per se. I can't say enough good about this honest, hardworking, and caring gentleman. Thank you, Rob, from the Davies family.
