⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had a great experience with North Delta Animal Hospital. The team did an excellent job helping me with all of Shadow’s travel documentation for flying with a pet. They were professional, knowledgeable, and very supportive throughout the process, making sure everything was done correctly and on time. They truly made a stressful situation much easier. Thank you for taking such great care of me and Shadow—I highly recommend North Delta Animal Hospital!

(Horrible experience) Dr. narinder has been my pets doctor for nearly ten years. I've always believed in him and his diagnosis. I have only taken my baby for her shots as a puppy and never have had a reason to see the vet recently. I noticed she wasn't herself and took her to Dr. narinder. At the time of examination, he had told me she is in extremely critical condition and basically was going to no longer be with us. I ofcourse was distraught and just lost asking what my options are and how this could have happened. Being told I had to take her to an emergency of course I had my doubts and didn't just want to go somewhere I'm not comfortable to take care of my baby. Communication with delta animal hospital was extremely difficult rude and just uncalled for. I reached out to a friend and was referred to another vet whom was closed but when I called he came rushing to help they took extremely good care of my baby explaining everything to me in terms that I understood and felt confident they were going to take care of my baby. X-rays showed nuthing, but they still said to get a second opinion, so I sent the x-rays to Dr narinder his response to me was still that she needs surgery right away or her organs will shut down. I moved forward and got an ultrasound done, and the same thing nuthing she is perfectly fine she doesn't need surgery or anything. She was just sick, and the antibiotic was all she needed, and she is fine 🙂. Thank you Dr narinder for turning our household upside down and creating fear in us of losing our baby.

We visited the North Delta Animal Hospital for the first time because our cat was having an issue with his ear. The veterinarian took samples for a cytology test and told us it was an infection, not ear mites, then prescribed Prednisolone, Otizole, and Clavamox. We were also charged for an ear cleaning, even though it only involved a quick application of solution in both ears. A couple of days later, my wife examined the debris from our cat’s ear under a microscope at home and clearly saw ear mites. When I contacted the clinic to ask for the cytology results, they told me it was an in-house test and that no records are kept. It was concerning to be charged nearly $80 for a test that has no documented results. During the follow-up appointment, we informed Dr. Narinder Dhanjal about the mites we saw. He took another sample, inserting the Q-tip very deep into our cat’s ear. Our cat cried out in obvious pain and then went unusually quiet — something he never does during exams. It was extremely distressing to witness. The vet told us there were no mites and then continued cleaning the ear with Q-tips, which caused even more pain. We know that cats’ ear canals are L-shaped, and inserting Q-tips deeply can damage the ear canal, cause severe pain, push debris further in, or even harm the eardrum. We expressed our discomfort and mentioned there must be safer methods, but the vet insisted this was the only way and continued the procedure. Our cat was traumatized afterward and hid in dark places for the rest of the day. We left the clinic feeling heartbroken and regretting that we did not stop the procedure sooner. Now we are hoping that there is no permanent damage to his ear. This was a very upsetting experience for our family, and unfortunately, we cannot recommend this clinic or this veterinarian based on what happened.

Dr. Was great and very knowledgeable with all the questioned I asked. Staff are so friendly and truly amazing. Genuinely care about all animals.

I met one of the vets, he came into my work, seemed really nice and I used to live in the area. Boy am I glad I came here. I called around to at least 4 other places and I couldn't believe the prices. Not only were they a decent price for my babies shots but they were all so kind, took the time to get to know kitten and my dog as well as myself. They definitely have a sense of family. The vet himself was amazing with my dog. My dog is usually skiddish around strangers especially men but he was so gentle neither of them even flinched whole getting their shots. I will definitely be returning in the future!!
