I am incredibly grateful to the entire team at the Northgate Animal Hospital - North Vancouver for their immediate and compassionate care of my little Pampam after he accidentally ingested the wrong medication. From the moment we arrived, the team acted quickly and decisively. Their prompt assessment, treatment plan, and immediate coordination to transfer him to ICU in Canada West Veterinary Specialists & Critical Care Hospital made all the difference. Their swift response in managing his poisoning truly helped save him. Today is day four since the incident, and I am now discussing discharge. Seeing him recover and improve would not have been possible without the team’s professionalism, expertise, and seamless facilitation of his care and ICU transition. Beyond their medical excellence, the kindness and reassurance we received during such a stressful time meant more than words can express. Thank you for giving our little character a second chance. We have been bringing our dog Indy to Norgate for a number of years now. More recently he had dental extractions and other testing as he’s entering his senior era. He’s always treated with such care. Time is always taken to do a thorough exam and to answer all of our questions with such compassion. Vet Assistants & Staff are always welcoming and supportive too! Thanks Norgate team!

I brought Blue in to have a lump on his back checked. We saw a vet named Prince who was thorough in his examination. He also had time to discuss other issues with me and gave time to have our other dog’s teeth checked. His calm demeanor made it easy for him to examine the dogs. In the end he felt both dogs were fine and didn’t need further care. I am not used to this type of vet appointment. We have had two different clinics now, both VCA clinics and examination often lead to extra charges and recommendations for invasive diagnostic treatment. I am so happy we have found a clinic where vets are focused animal care and not clinic profits.

I truly appreciate the staff and their love of animals. My geriatric kitty couldn't pee and was in distress. Norgate saw her 1/2 hour after I called. Best of all kitty is her happy self again. Well very cat-like happy. Thank-you The north shore needs you

First of all - Excellent customer service. Second... Dr. Danny kept me calm the whole time before my cat's surgery. The entire team treated kitty Vader with so much care and Knowledge and the cost was totally fair, I did not feel at any moment they were trying to charge me any extra but only what was fair and communication was impeccable from the beginning. I felt very confident bringing my kitty to Norgate and I highly recommend. Thank you so much for loving our animals! We owners appreciate it!
