I wish to express my gratitude to both Mrs. Gurdeep Sakkarwal and Sunil at Nordel Physiotherapy for their exceptional treatment throughout my physiotherapy sessions. Mrs. Sakkarwal began her treatment of me by showing her soft touch and deep medical knowledge and her capability to inspire me from the first moment. She made me feel at ease and assured me that my back pain could be managed and relieved. Sunil provided me with therapy sessions after I finished my previous sessions with him because he showed the same qualities of kindness and competence and active listening skills. He demonstrated each exercise to me by showing every movement step while making sure I could learn safely. > I have been going to physiotherapy for over two months now, and both of them have been so accommodating and flexible. The staff members showed me understanding because I needed to change my appointment times and they continued to assist me even when I arrived later than scheduled because of work. After just my first session, I felt about 85% relief from the pain that had been bothering me for days. By the next day, I was almost completely pain-free.
