Ignition tumbler switch to get changed, took an hour. Car went in with no service lights on and came out with service lights on. Complained, the mechanic kept pumping the gas pedal and starting the car. The service light never reset, but with the cost of gas, I also did not appreciate this. My steering wheel was also adjusted to the mechanics liking, not a fan of that either. It's the first time that I am stuck waiting for the mechanic to fix the service light that they created on my vehicle and yet they have no clue how to fix. Not impressed!! They wont tell me if its chevy based, or not. Claims the erasing my codes will fix the issue. If i was a man, he would listen but because i am female, i feel very much not listened too. Keep blowing me off, isnt giving good customer service. Like come on, listen to what the customer is saying. Never coming back here ever again.

I have gone to them several time with my truck and they are always really nice and really helpful. They don't try to sell you something you don't need. And they have great prices and get the job done fast and properly. Overall great experiences
