Great experience with Momo's dental surgery! The team did a fantastic job, and recovery has been smooth. A huge thank you to Jane at the front desk, who is a true superstar. Surgeries can be stressful, but Jane was so warm, welcoming, and reassuring throughout the entire process. Her kindness and patience really put me at ease. It’s rare to find such excellent front desk service!

We had a nice experience at this place during our first visit last month. Doctor Dong was very kind and patient with our poodle. I'm so glad we met her. All staff we met were great. We will see you again!

This experience was unacceptable and deeply concerning, especially given that it involved an elderly dog with abnormal lab results. My dog is 17 years old. I brought him in on Friday evening for a blood test because his condition had been declining. I was explicitly told that the test results would be available the next day and that the doctor would call me to review them. That never happened. However, no one contacted me on Saturday. I called the clinic myself and was told by the front desk that doctors usually call to discuss reports outside of business hours, and that they would remind Dr. Chen. I completely understood and waited patiently for the rest of the day, but no one ever called. I would not have been contacted at all.. The clinic was closed on Sunday, leaving me with no information. On Monday, I was told that the clinic was “too busy” on Saturday, and Dr. Chan is off on Monday. Another doctor supposedly could review the results, but was also “too busy.” At rest of the day, it became clear that follow up was simply not a priority. If I had not taken the initiative to call the clinic myself, no one would have contacted me at all and send me test results. Despite the fact that the lab results contained multiple abnormal findings What makes this situation far more serious is that the blood work clearly showed abnormal values, including low thyroid hormone levels, early kidney markers, and elevated liver enzymes, all of which are clinically significant in a senior dog and should not be ignored or delayed. These are not “routine” results that can safely wait days without explanation. I paid for diagnostic testing., and what I received instead was silence, excuses, and a complete lack of accountability. Delayed communication in cases like this can directly impact my dog’s health. If my dog’s condition had worsened during this delay, the responsibility would lie with this clinic. This visit demonstrated a serious lack of organization, professionalism, and medical responsibility. I would strongly advise other pet owners, especially those with senior or medically fragile animals to think very carefully before trusting this clinic with their pet’s care. Extremely disappointed and frustrated.

I brought my kitten in for mild conjunctivitis and his scheduled vaccines, and I couldn’t be happier with the care we received. The vet was incredibly patient, gentle, and took the time to answer every question I had. They explained everything clearly, made my kitten feel very comfortable, and didn’t rush through the appointment at all.

We love the care and attention our pets receive here! The vets are knowledgeable and friendly, and the staff are great. We feel the prices are reasonable, unlike some other places we have been to.
