We got our whole roof replaced by Niko Roofing. What really set Niko apart from other roofing companies for me was the communication. The owner, Vlad himself always responded and visited on timely manner from the start to finish. The work and the cleaning after was done great as scheduled. They were more expensive than some of the cheap alternative competitors I received quotes from, but I think it was well worth it. Roofing is a significant investment afterall. I highly recommend them.

Recently had hardie siding, eaves trough and new roof installed. These guys have incredible attention to detail and the quality of the installation is exceptional. I have seen my neighbors get their hail damage repaired and keep seeing the contractors returning over and over to fix deficiencies. Save yourself the headache and use these guys. You won’t be disappointed!

We recently had Niko Roofing replace our shingles, skylight, siding and eavestroughs. Niko responded quickly to all all our needs and the work was completed in a timely manner. We recently had Niko Roofing replace our roof and two skylights, we’re extremely pleased with the entire experience. Vlad took the time to answer the many questions I had before and after the initial quote, we appreciated his punctuality. We particularly appreciated their significant attention to detail. Out of the several quotes we received, they were the only ones that correctly identified the correct skylight replacement. On the roofing and skylight installation, they were very meticulous and clearly take pride in their work. The final installation looks great and feels solid. Definitely recommend them for quality roofing or skylight work.
