I want to give the hugest hug to all of the staff and show my appreciation for taking care of my baby bird Danni ❤️ The kindness and love you showed her was above and beyond and though her injuries were to far gone to fix, I’m at peace because of you and the care you put into her care till the very end. Thank you from the bottom of my heart, not just from myself and my family, but my mom Julie as well💕

Even though I haven’t had pet birds for many years now, I suddenly remembered Night Owl & Dr.Macdonald & staff. At one point from 2012-2022 I had four lovebirds and a cockatiel. Unfortunetly all my birds have passed on now due to old age & illness. Dr.M was the primary caregiver for all my birds. So many times I had to take them in for emergencies, and also treat them for various illnesses over the years. The clinic was the only one I ever trusted and all the precious years I had with my birds was also shared with the staff here. Thank you Dr.Macdonald and all the staff at Night Owl for always taking the best care of my precious birds. And giving me many extra years of their life by saving them on multiple occasions. I’m sure they are thinking of you from the rainbow bridge :)

Thank you so much Dr. McDonald. Wonderful caring vet that goes above and beyond. Turns out Sprig had scary low calcium. She came home the feisty hen that I know. Night owl is the best place to take your feathered family member if they get sick.

Avian hospital located in Vancouver. Best bird doctor by far! Folks bring their birds here from very far away. Prices aren't cheap - but you get what you pay for = top quality bird care. Highly highly recommend.

Great place! I've been coming here for the past 1-2 years now and it's always a smooth process. They were able to help wean my cockatiel off seeds and also were able to take care of him when I went on a week long vacation. So glad the city has a dedicated bird hospital as they are very experienced. I trust them! :)
