Had our basement flood, Geoff came ASAP and fixed the issue! Super friendly guy, got the roots out of the drain for us and was great price! 10/10 recommend! The lady on the phone was also very friendly!!

Had a plugged toilet, called early Sunday morning and toilet was fixed within two hours. Great customer service and a more then reasonable price. Would highly recommend.

We hired Niagara DrainMaster for plumbing work at our St. Catharines home and had a great experience. Geoff was professional, on time, he clearly explained the issue before starting. The work was done efficiently and everything was left clean and working perfectly. It’s hard to find reliable plumbing services, but Niagara DrainMaster delivered. I cannot recommend Geoff enough. He came out for a free visit and gave me his completely honest opinion on my plumbing issues. What really stood out was his integrity. I thought my sump pump switch was broken, and he easily could have lied and charged me for a replacement part. Instead, he identified that it just needed maintenance and solved the issue by simply cleaning the sump pump. He is incredibly knowledgeable and definitely the cheapest and best in the region. If you want a plumber who won't try to upsell you, call Geoff.
