So I’d had a day from hell and got home in -30 degree weather only to find I couldn’t turn the key in my deadbolt. It was pure luck I got Ken. I just picked the first one I saw. Too cold to sit in the car to look for reviews or call around. He was here within 5 minutes!!!! And had the door open under 3!!!! After a few adjustments, the lock was working like a charm (and it still was the next morning at -36!!!!!)

Ken kept me up to date when he was delayed by his current appointment. He was knowledgeable, quick and thorough while helping me correct and make a primary adjustment to allow the deadbolt set up to work properly. Thank you Ken!

I called when it was -30c out locked out of my shop New Year’s Eve day. Ken came same day, on time to when he said he would be here. It was more difficult than usual to remove old dead bolt but he made sure it worked perfect before he left. A person that takes pride in his work. Very quick, tidy and polite and I would recommend him for any of your lock problems.

Ken provided exceptional service. Reasonable honest prices and great customer service. My wife and I moved into a new home last December. Ken changed 3 locks with new keys in a timely manner when we were locked out of our garage and we were still able to get to work for the afternoon because of his service. Ken also returned for another issue and provided the service while we were attending to family matters at a hospital. Ken went above and beyond, highly recommend!
