They charged me $40 for 2 blankets. I even took my own lau dry soap and dryer sheets!

Worst customer service ever! No interact,you should have cash! Cleanliness:2/10.👃.lots of garbage outside. Machine old school. Leaking some machine Cheapest laundry in town.

Cleanliness 1/5 - The washing machines had mold in most of them and a machine was just littered in detergent. At least the floors were clear from when I was there. Ease of Use 2.5/5 - You don't need too many instructions on how to use it, since it's on the machine. Just bring quarters and loonies because it doesn't accept any other forms of payment. You can also exchange for change with the lady at the counter that works there but it's cash only. Make sure there are no coins already in the machine. I got a free quarter from one. There were also laundry trolleys for you to use from the washer to the dryer on the side under the counters. Price 3/5 - It's $4.50 for the smaller washer and $6.50 for the larger machine. The dryer was 25 cents for every 3 minutes. Took about ~24 minutes on high for the thinner materials to dry and used about 27 minutes for the bigger loads but they were still wet. Just don't bother using the bigger dryer, more expensive (25 cents for 2 minutes) and you're not suppose to use it on high, only medium and low. Just use the smaller ones. All the prices from my understanding is slightly more expensive than average. I heard there were cheaper and cleaner options further away. Service 3/5 - The service wasn't bad. She answered my questions and she was straightforward. She wasn't exactly friendly, but she wasn't rude either. Which I had seen a lot in the reviews. But we didn't use their service and just did the washing and drying ourselves. Overall 2.3/5 - I didn't really like the experience because I was grossed out by the mold but if it's convenient for you, at least you'll know how it goes. My clothes, thank god, don't smell funny after the wash. Although some of them weren't dry in the end, but at least I got my laundry done in a pretty fast time. I think we got all the laundry done under an hour.

Very Cooperative staff… really helpful. Some people fight or argue with staff as if they are back in their home country. People needs to work on their attitude as well. Would recommend everyone to come here for laundry.

Online It says their store is open Until 8 PM. I arrived at this facility at 6:40 and very rudely. Somebody asked What I was doing here… She said that, the laundromat closed at 7 PM. Winter time.. .. Not a big deal but online they are the only ones open until 8 PM. It says everything else seven. At least update your website ! Terrible Customer service. Terrible business
