Was very happy to get an honest opinion and straight answers for repair by Ken. It was a simple yet effective repair. Straight up no nonsense repair shop. Go for the quality, and you'll be just fine. Thank you for helping in a short time for my brakes. Update again, My truck was in need of bearing repair. Went in and Ken took the truck, diagnosed repaired without any confusing numbers . Took my 2010 Mitsubishi Lancer to Newton Auto Care. Steve was fantastic and incredibly honest and explained exactly what was wrong. Pricing was fair and transparent with no hidden fees. It’s hard to find a mechanic you can trust, but I’ve definitely found my go-to shop. Highly recommend.

I had such a good experience at Newton Auto Care. Ken was honestly a sweetheart and made the whole process so easy. My car has been driving great since. It just felt like I was dealing with someone who genuinely cares, not someone trying to rush me through.

Ken came highly recommended by several people in my complex. They were not kidding, he was amazing. As a woman I often feel out of my depth when it comes to cars. Ken was friendly and honest. He did no try to up sell me to do things. He replaced my starter on my 2003 Honda Accord the same day. I will definitely be going to Newton Auto Care in the future. Thanks Ken.

I truly had an amazing experience here. Ken is the best & takes the time to thoroughly explain the entire process from beginning to finish. Geoff worked on my car & took the time to explain everything he did after as well (as someone who doesn’t know cars at all this meant a lot). They were so friendly & personable. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a reliable shop that you can put your 100% trust in.
