This is one of those rare cases I wish I could give MORE stars. I am so impressed with the work, the honesty, the communication and the follow up. I have to admit the job I needed done was out of the way, and probably a pain in the butt. 2 other companies quoted the job but weren't too enthusiastic about doing it. Chris went out of his way, fit the job in, did excellent work for a fair price and was transparent and forthcoming with pricing and solutions. Highly recommend

We engaged Newtech based on their reputation and the results of their site survey, the latter done efficiently and when promised. In all our communication, Chris was prompt and well-spoken. Dan, the tech who actually did the installation, was friendly, professional and on-time. The installation itself was nicely done and completely to our requirements. I wouldn't hesitate to engage Newtech in the future. Highly recommended!

Amazing people, Chris was an absolute delight to deal with. No hidden charges, polite courteous, completed the job on time, 10/10 would definitely recommend them for service upgrades. They took care if everything from beginig to the end. When I came home my only thing I had to do was reset my digital clocks.

Chris Hahn and his fellow electrician from Newtech did a fantastic job upgrading the electrical service at my home, including panel replacement, and installing a level 2 car charger in my garage. Every strep of the way, Chris kept me informed, clearly explained all my options, took care of all the logistics with BC Hydro, and gave a clear cost estimate and timeline for the project. His electrician arrived on time, completed the work quickly and throughly. There were no surprises and Newtech delivered exactly the work they promised on budget. I highly recommend them and will use them again for electrical services.
